Crew Recruitment and Development
PCMS offers a complete crew management service which includes recruitment and deployment of seafarers. To ensure that only qualified seafarers are deployed to its manned vessels, PCMS offers and provide training courses that would develop their technical skills and competencies in various aspects. PCMS also monitors and guides their seafarers’ career path. In this way, they develop and create their own pool of homegrown officers and engineers.
Cadetship Program
To sustain its vision to develop homegrown crew and officers, the company has established its Cadetship Program. The selected Cadets were extensively trained holistically for both technical and soft skills by experienced officers and engineers for three (3) months and housed at the dormitory free-of-charge prior they will be given their vessel assignment.
